SENSOR STABILIZATION
Ozone sensors require 2 to 4 hours of stabilization time at initial installation or after membrane replacement. ATI offers a battery-powered "polarizer" that can be used to stabilize the spare sensor, making it ready for use within a few minutes of installation. The polarizers simply plug into the sensor connector and do not require any adjustment.
SENSOR OPTIONS
Dissolved ozone sensors require constant sample flow through the membrane at the end of the sensor assembly. ATI offers a number of options for flow cells, including a standard overflow system with a fixed head, a sealed flow cell for pressures up to 50 PSI, and a small volume of flow chamber in which low sample flow is important. A 1 ½ "flow tee is also available for in-line applications with reliable conditions for constant flow and pressure. Complete flow control units are available for simplified installation.

Option for entering pH
Enables monitoring of ozone and pH measurement. One analog output can be assigned to pH measurement, enabling remote monitoring and recording of both variables.
Flexibility
Programmable range options from 0-200 PPB to 0-200 PPM provide maximum application flexibility.
AC or DC power options
Power options include universal 100-240 VAC or 12-24 VDC.
Analog output options
Two isolated 4-20 mA outputs are standard, with the option for a third output if required.
PID output
Standard PID control function assigned to one analog output.
Digital communication
Available for Profibus-DP, Modbus-RTU or Ethernet-IP.
relays
Three SPDT relays are standard with programmable relay functions for signaling alarm, control or failure. Three additional low power relays available as an option.
Flexible assembly
The NEMA 4X (IP-66) enclosure is suitable for wall, pipe or panel mounting.
Readable display
Backlit large LCD display provides clear visibility in all lighting conditions. Scrolling the second line on the display provides additional information and programming tips.
