    Full face masks from the 3M 6000 series are designed for users who prefer the use of face parts with minimal maintenance requirements and cleaning elements.

    Basic advantages of the full 3M 6800 mask:
    Equipped with a new exhalation valve assembly that:
    - significantly facilitates breathing;
    - effectively reduces the accumulation of moisture and heat under the hood;
    - directs exhaled air down;
    - facilitates communication;
    - extends product life;
    - it is very easy to keep clean.

    All maintenance operations can be carried out by the user, which saves time and reduces costs. The wide glass made of polycarbonate provides excellent visibility and is resistant to scratches and bumps. In combination with a wide range of cleansing elements, the 3M 6000 Series mask provides proper protection and user comfort. The mask is very light (the weight of the mask only = 430 grams), a well-balanced, soft, hypoallergenic facial part made of elastomer ensures high comfort. Thanks to the availability of three sizes and simple adjustment of the headband, the mask provides easy adjustment to the user's face as well as putting on and taking off.

    Depending on individual needs, the user of a full 3M series 6000 mask can use various types of cleansing elements, including:
    - filters - protection against dust;
    - absorbers - protection against gases and vapors;
    - combination of filters and absorbers or filter-absorbers - protection against gases, vapors and dust.

    For work in ozone environment with 6000 series masks we recommend 3M filters:

    - dustproof with ozone filtration 6038 P3 R

    - ABEK1 6059 multi-gas against organic vapors, inorganic gases, acid gas and ammonia - up to 10 x NDS or 1000ppm (0.1% vol)

    - A2 - multi-gas Vapors of organic substances (with boiling point> 65 o C) up to 10 x NDS or 5000ppm (0.5% vol)

    Division of gas absorbers

    All absorbing elements are further divided into three protection classes:

    • class 1 - absorbers of low sorption capacity, designed for protection against gases or vapors with a volume concentration in air not exceeding 0.1% (1000 ppm),

    • class 2 - absorbers of medium sorption capacity, designed for protection against gases or vapors with a volume concentration in air not exceeding 0.5% (5.000 ppm),

    • class 3 - absorbers with high sorption capacity, designed for protection against gases or vapors with a volumetric concentration in air up to 1% (10,000 ppm).

    Division of filters

    The filtration efficiency is determined against standard aerosols, i.e. sodium chloride and paraffin oil mist. Depending on the filtering efficiency, the filter elements are divided into three protection classes:

    • class 1 - (designation P1 ) - filtration efficiency 80% - used to protect against solid particles of low toxicity for which NDS≥2mg / m 3 ,

    • class 2 - (designation P2 ) - filtration efficiency 94% - used to protect against solid and liquid particles of low and medium toxicity for which NDS≥0.05mg / m 3 ,

    • class 3 - (designation P3 ) - filtration efficiency 99.95% - used to protect against solid and liquid particles of high toxicity for which NDS <0.05mg / m 3 .

    Example of designation: AB1P3 - this is a class 1 absorber for organic gases and vapors with a boiling point above 65 ° C (A) and inorganic gases and vapors (B) combined with a filter (P) class 3.
